From an organization divided into four practices, in October 2021 Abstract thus passes to a structure composed of 7 departments supporting 11 practices, divided into three offering areas: the first is dedicated to digital customer engagement (commerce area, solutions of marketing automation, microservices), the second is oriented to what happens in the company before and after the engagement of the customer (supply chain, operation, logistics, operational back end systems), the third is dedicated to the field of pure management corporate (finance, administration, control, document management).
