International experience, analytical approach and attention to the channel: Wu will lead the company's activities, with the aim of increasing its visibility and competitiveness in the most relevant European markets
D-Link, a leading global company in the networking solutions sector, announces the appointment of Jason Wu as General Manager for Europe and Managing Director for the Mediterranean, including Italy. Wu will be responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of the European markets with the aim of consolidating the company's presence and accelerating growth in the consumer and business segments.
Born in 1984 in the Dominican Republic, Jason Wu has lived and worked in the United States, China, Taiwan and the United Kingdom and, more recently, in Italy. A path that has allowed him to develop a solid international vision and a strong ability to adapt to different market contexts, developing transversal skills in the strategic, sales and operational fields.
With over 15 years of experience in the ICT sector, he has held senior roles in global companies such as Acer, where he coordinated the activities of foreign offices and achieved significant results in competitive markets such as South Korea and the Philippines. He joined D-Link Europe in 2024 as Senior Director of Operations, before taking over the leadership of the European headquarters in March 2025.
Wu stands out for his leadership oriented towards transversal collaboration, effective communication at all company levels and an analytical approach based on the advanced use of tools such as Microsoft Power BI for performance monitoring and optimization of decision-making processes.
“I am pleased to undertake this new challenge in D-Link, with the aim of further enhancing the potential of the European market”, said Jason Wu. “We will work, in synergy with the teams at local level, to develop and convey increasingly reliable solutions that are close to needs, focusing on innovation, efficiency and customer satisfaction”.
Particular attention will be paid to strengthening the network of channel partners, a strategic lever for the development of the offer throughout the EMEA area and in particular in the markets of Southern Europe, including Italy, considered an area of strategic importance for the company.
