The new partnership model is designed to allow Resellers to maximize skills and professionalism useful for increasing business with Praim solutions
Praim, a leading supplier of complete systems for the creation and management of Thin & Zero Client software and hardware workstations, announces the expansion of its Partner Program. The company is in fact always looking for continuous improvement, not only in the constant technological development of its solutions offered to the market, but also with an increasingly advanced strengthening of the reference channel.
The program has always been organized into three levels, such as Authorized Partner, Silver Partner and Gold Partner and, depending on the partnership signed, provides technical and commercial training, marketing collaboration to develop new sales opportunities, sales and pre-sales support, reporting of new leads generated from the web and events, protection on registered negotiations and rebates. In 2020, however, Praim plans to completely revisit the Partner Program, in order to improve the quality of the service offered both to end customers and to the entire channel, through a structured, solid and incentive program for all Partners.
“The main need we want to satisfy is not to further increase the number of partners enrolled but we intend to consolidate a fleet of resellers as qualified as possible who can take advantage of all the advantages we are able to offer and who can at the same time provide a superior quality service to all end users” – he underlined Jacopo Bruni, Marketing Manager di Praim.
The new Partner Program 2020 aims to introduce new and advantageous incentives for Resellers, especially at Silver and Gold levels. Emphasis will also be placed on both commercial and technical training, provided via an entirely free online platform. A fundamental element for being a superior level Partner, but at the same time a guarantee of quality and greater expertise towards customers.
Among the main requirements of the 2020 Partner Program we highlight a change in sales business plans, which will be divided between hardware objectives and software objectives, thus allowing the Partner to choose how to achieve compliance and obtaining a drastic improvement in training, both sales and technical.
However, there are many benefits added to the previous program, among which the following stand out: the availability of confidential technical, commercial and marketing material, access to technical support and the recently revisited Praim ticketing system, new forms of rebates on both hardware and software, a new model for disbursement of marketing funds for both Silver and Gold Partners.
