In addition to consulting services, JPS will train Ally's team to achieve APICS certification, a prestigious international qualification in Operations and Supply Chain Management expertise
Ally Consulting, a new reality of IT consultancy that supports discrete manufacturing companies, signs a partnership with JPS, training and services company specialized in the areas of Supply Chain and Operations, to offer projects for the improvement of the companies' supply chain. The two business partners will work jointly to outline new Change and Reengineering Management paths that involve manufacturing companies in optimizing the supply chain in which they are involved or in which they are protagonists.
JPS is a consultancy and training company, specialized in Supply Chain Management and Premier Channel Partner of APICS (international reference for the development of talents in the Supply Chain Management sector which has over 47,000 members and more than 300 partners worldwide). JPS has trained thousands of professionals in Europe and develops projects for companies of all sizes.
Ally it is a reality with peculiarities very similar to those of JPS. Both are dynamic, flexible and share an awareness of the central role played by training. The two companies offer themselves as partners for companies in the design of evolutionary paths of an organizational and operational nature, and in their support during the implementation of innovative solutions and in the management of change.
The recipients of the services are production companies that need to intervene on their assets, such as people, activities and data involved in the value chain, digitizing it, optimizing all phases, reducing waste and improving performance.
“In 2001 I developed my university thesis at a consultancy firm in Milan, where Aversa held the position of director of services – underlines Paolo Napoli, co-founder of JPS –. Thanks to that experience, I understood the importance of analyzing processes and mapping them, to arrive five years later, together with Simone Marrami, to found JPS. From the outset, we have been committed to supporting companies in optimizing the performance of their supply chains, with high levels of service, better management of production resources, stock rationalization and cost and cash flow control. Today, JPS and Ally want to start collaborations, united by this same strategic vision and by a complementary and synergistic offer: contents, best practices and digital tools to generate concrete solutions."
"Innovation requires contexts from triggering the energies of all and that they are supported by technological tools to address the complexities of the modern economy - continues Paolo Aversa, Managing Director of Ally Consulting-. Our first thought when we start implementing a new ERP system is to evaluate the real needs of the company in consideration of the sector in which it operates, supporting it in the redefinition of production models based on defined metrics and KPIs. We believe that the value of adopting an innovative management system is linked to the ability to make the customer understand the real advantage of the technological transition they are facing. For this reason, before talking about solutions, we analyze the processes and start a training course that involves all company levels."
Ally and JPS will work on the training of people who, involved in the change, will begin an evolutionary path of a content, organizational and operational nature. It is a model that will ensure the skills to operate with techniques and tools for the planning and control of production environments, including the entire value chain. The partnership, in fact, also provides for a training course by JPS towards the Ally team to achieve the APICS international certification, which qualifies the professionals who obtain it as Operations and Supply Chain Management experts. Ally's consultants will face three training courses: APICS CLTD, certification in the fields of logistics, transport and distribution; APICS CPIM, certification in the areas of production & inventory management; APICS CSCP, internationally recognized reference and best in class for its ability to cover the study of the end-to-end supply chain, from suppliers to end customers.
"JPS's focus on Supply Chain Management combined with our skills in discreet manufacturing - concludes Aversa di Ally - are combined with the high quality standard offer offered to customers, for the re-engineering of the ERP system. Furthermore, the certifications achieved by our experts will allow us to guarantee an innovative broad-spectrum vision, involving every single unit of their value chain. Making a comparison with the racing department, Ally and JPS will work together for the development of the new car team, adequately training the driver and preparing the technologically advanced car he will drive.
