It is from this belief that the collaboration between Talentia Software and Arca24 was born, which set itself the goal of developing a joint HR solution resulting from the merger of two distinct software: Talentia HCM and Arca24's ATS. The idea that sees the two companies working together, similar and apparently competing, is to combine their respective skills and technologies to integrate the recruiting process into a reliable HCM enterprise platform, exploiting the strengths of both solutions in order to create a synergy capable of producing an excellent result.
The result was a new structured and performing solution, which integrates in a single platform, two software implemented with different philosophies and themes, but capable of communicating in complete harmony and guaranteeing the user an excellent user experience.
Arca24's ATS (Applicant Tracking System) has been integrated into the Talentia HCM (Human Capital Management) solution to enhance the recruiting phase thanks to the publication of job advertisements on multiple job boards, to better manage the collection of CVs and consequent screening within the broader HCM process, ranging from definition of needs to hiring, onboarding, assessment and training. The use of artificial intelligence and its semantic engine for analyzing the content of CVs and job vacancies favors the automatic matching between offers and candidates.
