The company has adopted Talentia's Human Capital Management solution for the reorganization of HR processes in a digital key
Talentia Software, a leading company in the development of solutions for the management of human and financial resources for medium and large companies, has supported Vittoria Assicurazioni in the digitalization processes and in the reorganization of internal HR processes with the HCM (Human Capital Management) solution.
Vittoria Assicurazioni is an Italian company active since 1921, which operates in all risk sectors and bases its business on a long experience in the insurance field for the protection of individuals, families and companies. The company has always paid particular attention and investments to technological issues and IT infrastructures. In 2000 Vittoria Assicurazioni began to equip itself with a single information system integrated with the sales network. In 2004, all aspects related to the agency network were integrated into the system except for the personnel structure.
It is on this technological basis that, in 2014, Vittoria Assicurazioni decided to launch a sort of technological revolution to also equip the Personnel Management with an integrated system and significantly reduce the use of cards for all staff functions. During a software selection, the company meets and chooses Talentia Software and its HCM solution.
“We had scattered and unintegrated tools which caused a huge waste of paper. The goal that we have set ourselves, and which we have achieved by 98%, is to create an integrated system for all staff activities and to completely eliminate paper from all our internal functional activities ", underlines Stefano Zanetto, HR Director of Vittoria Assicurazioni who continues: “We have selected Talentia Software through a selection of suppliers for their total reliability, for the guaranteed security systems that responded to our strong need for confidentiality and also for the ability to innovate and develop the system”.
Over the years, the Talentia Software suite has been almost entirely implemented, which became fully operational in 2018, with the exception of the Recruiting module, (the turnover in the company is very low) for which the company, however, assumes its development over the next year. Today, the Personal function is 100% paper free. From the HR point of view, all the advantages of integration have been achieved, while for users, having automated many processes, has allowed information to be delivered quickly and punctually to those who need it.
Furthermore, in a 2020 marked by the pandemic, it was necessary to accelerate the digital transition of the company's training courses. Thanks to the Talentia Training tool, it was possible to quickly translate many face-to-face training courses into online training courses. A fundamental step for the organization that manages about 10 thousand hours of training a year for its 530 employees.
The collaboration between the two companies, however, does not end there. Vittoria Assicurazioni is already evaluating new projects with Talentia Software: first of all, the simplification of processes in all areas, and then the consolidation and deepening of the tools already implemented.

We worked in total synergy for the definition of HR processes and related procedures, in the definition of HR roles and precise attributes in the HCM system. There was a first phase of analysis and definition of roles and responsibilities to then develop in parallel the process and its transformation within the software ", underlines Marco Bossi, Managing Director of Talentia Software.
