The Observatory awarded the Talentia client case nominated in the "Performance Management" category on the digitalization project of HR management and development processes.
Talentia Software, a leading company in the development of solutions for managing corporate performance in the economic-financial and human resources areas, supported the 2019 edition of the researchOsservatorio HR Innovation Practice the School of Management of Politecnico di Milano, the results of which were presented at the Agile Transformation conference, which took place in Milan on 12 June. The research is based on an empirical analysis which, through surveys, workshops and case studies, involved 187 HR executives from companies operating in Italy, assigning the 2019 HR Innovation Awards to the organizations that stood out.
The HR Innovation Practice Observatory was founded in 2010 to respond to the needs of transforming the skills and role of the HR Management due to the diffusion of new ICT technologies and organizational models. The Observatory aims to support HR Executives in the process of evolution of the management and development of Human Resources.
“We are thrilled to have joined as a sponsor the 2019 edition of the HR Innovation Practice Observatory – underlines Marco Bossi, Managing Director of Talentia Software – and we appreciated the moments of meeting and development of the community, gathering valid ideas on the critical issues expressed by companies both in the model of hiring new resources and in being able to promptly adapt to the changes imposed by the digital revolution.”
Research has found that engaging people is critical to organizations' success in digital transformation, while motivating and engaging employees requires agile organizational models that can easily adapt to change. In fact, in agile companies, as many as 85% of employees declare themselves motivated and involved, almost triple what is found in traditional organizations (31%). HR Departments are aware of this need and among the main challenges for 2019 include the change in work organization models (45%), the development of digital culture and skills (43%) together with employer branding and talent attraction (41%). Unfortunately, only one company in five is going in this direction, simultaneously reviewing structure, processes, culture and leadership styles, skills and ecosystem. Finally, the survey revealed a clear growth in the adoption of the "People Strategy", the human capital development strategy in terms of skills, organizational models and leadership styles linked to the digital revolution, present in 54% of companies compared to 35% last year.
Finally, the Observatory assigned the HR Innovation Awards 2019 to the organizations that have distinguished themselves and Banca IFIS won in the "Performance Management" category for the "IFIS Talent" project which made it possible to digitize the management of the employee's file, of the evaluation and feedback, of the salary review phase, of the planning and organization of classroom and remote training.
Talentia has supported Banca IFIS in the innovation of personnel development, with a more effective User Experience, offering managers the ability to monitor the work of collaborators and the process itself.
