SentinelOne's Autonomous XDR technology powers Kroll's MDR services
SentinelOne, a provider of an automated cybersecurity platform, announced a strategic partnership with Kroll, the world's first provider of digital services and products for corporate governance, risk management and transparency. Thanks to this partnership, the piattaforma Singularity XDR and ActiveEDR from SentinelOne will power the Kroll Responder MDR service to accelerate detection and response to ransomware and advanced cyberattacks.
“As cybercriminals continually update the scope and complexity of their attacks against organizations around the world, protection systems must adapt,” he says Marc Brawner, Global Head of Managed Services del Cyber Risk practice di Kroll. "Kroll is committed to offering its customers the best services, technologies and strategies to mitigate risk. That's why we are thrilled to include SentinelOne among our trusted platforms."
More than eight years ago, Kroll pioneered the use of EDR technology, significantly improving the speed and results of threat detection and response and forensic investigations for its customers. This approach, refined over time and leveraged by Kroll in thousands of incidents that occur every year around the world, powers the solution Kroll Responder MDR, responsible for customer subscription growth of more than 130% over the last 12 months.
A recent one survey, conducted by Kroll among 500 IT security leaders, revealed increasing automation and time to remediate attacks as the two most important aspects of improving response to any type of threat. The Singularity XDR platform and ActiveEDR SentinelOne provides automated prevention, proactive response, remediation and rollback capabilities for ransomware attacks, significantly reducing incident recovery times.
“Kroll has unmatched expertise in responding to cyber threats and attacks, managing many of the most complex and high-profile incidents occurring around the world,” he says Nicholas Warner, COO at SentinelOne. "The level of autonomy of our technology allows Kroll's detection and response team to do what they do best, limiting human intervention and speeding response. We at SentinelOne are honored to have been selected as a key technology partner by Kroll, contributing to the long-term success of its Managed Detection and Response (MDR) business."
