The G.B. company Service of Milan, distributor of sanitization products in Italy, announces that it has expanded the exclusive marketing of the products UVCLAMP, a range of UVC lamps and air sanitizers with filters in various shapes and sizes, capable of completely eliminating viruses and bacteria, even in high concentrations.
There are eight types of UVC lamps distributed today together with two air sanitizers with UVC lamps inside, to sanitize in the presence of people. Let's start with the model UVC 4w to sanitize small environments and cars (10m2), to reach the lamps UVC+Ozone 58w, 60 w, 120w, 150w e 200w which ensure the sanitization of larger areas, with dimensions from 50m2 up to 200m2, also equipped with remote control and timer up to 60 minutes. Air sanitizers, on the other hand, provide the model UVC 60w and that UVC with filters capable of sanitizing a surface from 40m2 up to 140m2 with the presence of people, and is ideal for large spaces such as classrooms, restaurants, offices and gyms.
Artificial UV sources have been available on the market for years which, by virtue of their wavelength, are used in different sectors and applications on the market, such as the sanitization of food, water, air and objects. Ultraviolet rays are divided into categories, UV-A which is used for tanning lamps, UV-B often used in combination with UV-A rays and for the induction properties of vitamin D and finally, UV-C which has a germicidal function against bacteria and viruses, as the rays are more aggressive and sanitize environments quickly. UV-C radiation modifies the DNA or RNA of microorganisms and therefore prevents them from reproducing or being harmful. It should be underlined that the direct exposure of people to UV-C radiation can be harmful to both the eyes and the skin and that it is necessary to arrange the operation of UV-C lamps in environments where there are no people, animals or plants present. This precaution is not necessary for air sanitizers UVCLAMP which are shielded and for the 4w and 5w model Bag Beauty to sanitize commonly used objects.
