Mark Parrinello has been promoted to Chief Sales Officer while Eran Ashkenazi takes on the role of Chief Customer Officer
SentinelOne, provider of an automated cybersecurity platform, announces the promotion of two Executives to further strengthen its board of directors. Mark Parrinello has been appointed Chief Sales Officer and Eran Ashkenazi becomes Chief Customer Officer, both effective immediately.

Parrinello's performance acted as a catalyst in boosting SentinelOne's global business results. In his previous role as SVP of Global Sales, Parrinello successfully led SentinelOne's sales teams, expanding the company's presence and diversification across the Americas, EMEA and Asia-Pacific. As Chief Sales Officer, Parrinello will manage international commercial activities to ensure operational excellence and support SentinelOne's global growth.

In his previous role as SVP of Global Support and Services, the manager strengthened support and customer service resources, leading the company to achieve a user NPS (Net Promoter Score) score of 70 and also achieved the best customer loyalty rates. Ashkenazi was also responsible for creating and managing the company's Global Threat Services, including Managed Detection and Response (MDR) and Vigilance MDR. As Chief Customer Officer, Ashkenazi will continue to ensure that SentinelOne delivers an excellent customer experience and always maintains its Customer-First philosophy.
