SentinelOne's XDR platform accelerates the proactive Cyber Incident Response and Management Services offered by Arete internationally
SentinelOne, supplier of an autonomous cybersecurity platform, announces that Arete, a global partner operating in cyber-risk and digital investigation, has solved over 2,000 corporate ransomware attacks on a global scale with the XDR Singularity platform. Arete, one of the first partners selected by SentinelOne, was a pioneer in exploiting SentinelOne's XDR technology in Incident Response risk management, damage assessment and Risk Management services.
“The costs of cybercrime are staggering, and some estimates indicate that in 2021 businesses suffered a total cost equivalent to one-third of US GDP,” he said. Joe Mann, CEO and Founder of Arete. “The key to limiting financial loss is speed, and the quicker our security experts can detect and remediate damage, the lower the risk to customers. No one delivers the same speed as SentinelOne. The ability to eliminate manual processes and provide autonomous detection and response is critical to the growth and success of our business.”
The Arete team, made up of cybersecurity and digital forensics specialists, investigated some of the most complex violations worldwide. To accelerate response times and reduce risk, Arete implemented SentinelOne's Singularity XDR platform and Storyline Active Response (STAR) technology in incident response cases. SentinelOne AI-powered technology provides threat mitigation, remediation and ransomware rollback capabilities, with minimal human involvement. As a result, hacked enterprises that rely on Arete and SentinelOne are back up and running 4 times faster than industry standards.
“Arete is one of our longest established partnerships in the Incident Response industry,” he stressed Nicholas Warner, President Security di SentinelOne. “The company has been instrumental in leveraging the benefits of Singularity XDR to accelerate the investigation and response to cyber breaches. After Arete, many of the leading international incident response and consulting structures have adopted SentinelOne as their primary cybersecurity platform for incident response. We are excited to successfully continue the partnership to achieve further things together.”
