New roles driven by company growth with strategies aimed at long-term success
SentinelOne, a provider of an automated cybersecurity platform, announced that Chief Operating Officer Nicholas Warner was promoted to the role of President Security, while Vats Srivatsan joins the team as Chief Operating Officer. The new appointments reflect SentinelOne's continued growth, progressive expansion and strategic vision for long-term success.

Nicholas Warner joined SentinelOne as Chief Revenue Officer in 2017 and was promoted to Chief Operating Officer in 2019. Warner developed the company's global sales network and coordinated go-to-market functions, as well as represented the company in its unique equity placement. In his role as President Security, Warner will continue to focus fully on building, growing and deploying SentinelOne's customer-first cybersecurity model.

Vats Srivatsan has over 30 years of expertise and an in-depth understanding of cloud and development challenges. Most notably, Strivatsan was Chief Strategy Officer at Palo Alto Networks, where he played a crucial role in the company's strategic transformation from a single-product vendor to a multi-platform business. More recently he was President and COO of ColorTokens, a Zero Trust solutions startup. Srivatsan also served as Managing Director of Business Operations for Google Cloud and Corporate Vice President of Motorola Mobility, a Google company. He was also a key member of the team that designed Google's cloud strategy, the business engine that led to a multibillion-dollar cloud business. For over 11 years he was a partner at McKinsey & Company, where he co-founded F100 CxO's tech/media/telecom practice focused on enterprise transformation initiatives.
