The agreement will allow telcos and IT resellers to deploy Microsoft Teams Direct Routing or Operator Connect through the ArrowSphere platform
Arrow Electronics, a global technology provider, has signed a distribution agreement in EMEA with Netaxis, the innovative telecommunications software provider, to distribute the Cloud Calling solution as a service of ArrowSphere, Arrow's cloud application management platform. The agreement will offer telcos and IT resellers the ability to purchase Direct Routing or Operator Connect connection for Microsoft Teams through the cloud, using their own or any existing direct routing or operator connect infrastructure and integrating it with any core component of the basic TLC infrastructure (voice or data).
Direct Routing and Operator Connect for Microsoft Teams allow you to make external calls with Teams: users can make and receive calls directly from the platform, allowing them to switch between internal and external communication channels, without having to change devices or applications.
Netaxis Cloud Calling is fully automated and allows the management of a large number of customers; it is flexible thanks to the modular approach; has complete customization to help customers differentiate their solution and has high expertise in telecommunications voice networks.
