Available in copper and aluminum conductor versions, the Vertiv Powerbar iMPB range offers capacities from 160 to 1,000 amps and ensures reliable top-end power distribution, with the inherent benefit of also maximizing airflow for cooling . The system is ideal for applications in data centers of all sizes and types, as well as laboratories, distribution warehouses, adaptive manufacturing plants and other dynamic environments. The Vertiv Powerbar iMPB is available in North America, Latin America, Asia, Australia and New Zealand, India, Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
The busway system allows companies to effectively optimize and adapt the energy distribution infrastructure in the long term, maximizing its functionality through the continuous supply of electricity to critical services. The switch boxes user-friendly equipped with circuit breakers they can be positioned anywhere along the busways to isolate active IT loads and nearby branch circuit breakers, ensuring continuous power supply. The adaptive busway has a simple sandwich-type interlocking structure that makes installation easy and safe, avoiding the need for additional tools. The Vertiv Powerbar iMPB is available in a variety of power and connection configurations that allow for adjustments and upgrades with minimal, lossless external support for critical services.

With conductor available in both copper and recyclable aluminum, the busway can be configured to meet the compliance and safety requirements of any installation.
