Talentia Software, an international leader in the development of solutions for the management of human and financial resources for medium and large companies, continues to optimize its global organizational structure, to favor an even more widespread expansion in strategic countries and strengthen presence in existing markets.
The company is structured in two group Business Units dedicated to HCM (Human Capital Management) and CPM (Corporate Performance Management) solutions which allow an ever greater verticalisation of skills, in providing services and solutions to the customer. At a central level, Talentia supports the BUs in all general activities, from the cloud to marketing, pooling the group's skills, regardless of geographical location. Since 2021, the company has opted for this organizational structure to meet the need to share priorities and standardize procedures. From this vision were born the BUs which today have an all-Italian coordination and pool the strong skills acquired for the development of the markets. At the same time, the support of cross-skills derives from the corporate that allow marketing campaigns and commercial offers to be finalized to deliver shared messages even in countries where Talentia is not present.
In particular, the HCM and CPM BUs make it possible to find a single strategic methodology, ensuring an approach that specifically focuses on the target Talentia addresses, i.e. companies with dimensions ranging from 500 to 10,000 employees (for HCM) and with a turnover from 80 million euros to 600 million (per CPM).
Companies are appreciating this approach, so much so that the economic results are decidedly positive. In 2022, for the HCM area alone, an increase in revenues of 49% on SaaS software license orders was recorded, compared to 2021. The 10% increase in the number of customers and the same forecasts for the year just started, suggest a growth in orders equal to 32%, with an estimated revenue value of around 24% compared to 2022.
As far as the CPM BU is concerned, the revenues on SaaS software license orders stand out, which in 2022 recorded an increase of 71% compared to the previous year, with a further growth of 68% estimated for the current year. The number of customers acquired by the BU last year grew by 5%.
In general, in Italy in 2022 Talentia saw excellent growth in turnover which stood at 24% compared to the previous year. In total, orders grew by 20%, while the turnover deriving from SaaS services recorded an overall increase of 55%.

The CPM area also has significant news. The BU, given the high specialization on the consolidated financial statements, is working to structure a team of consultants at the Italian office for the management of the Business Service dedicated, as a point of reference and functional technical support for all countries, even where the company is not present with this type of service.
“We are extremely satisfied with the performance of the business, which we believe has also been favored by the strategic decision to organize ourselves in BUs characterized by a strong specialization – comments Marco Bossi Head of HCM Business Unit of Talentia Software. – The fact that Italy has been identified as a coordinating country for both areas makes us proud and spurs us on in our role as a center of expertise that spreads service to the countries on a global level".
