New components will strengthen the company's leadership in AI-driven cybersecurity and help drive growth strategy
Vectra AI, a leader in AI-driven cyber threat detection and remediation for hybrid and multicloud enterprises, announced the appointment of Myrna Soto, Founder and CEO of Apogee Executive Advisors, and David Reilly, former CIO and CTO of Bank of America, to its board of directors.
Myrna Soto joined Vectra in 2022 as a key advisor to the leadership team and board of directors, a position in which she played an integral role in guiding the company's strategy and supporting accelerated growth plans globally. Soto is the founder and CEO of Apogee Executive Advisors and, most recently, Chief Strategy and Trust Officer of Forcepoint, a technology provider for businesses and the federal government. Previously, Soto held executive and senior leadership positions at Comcast, MGMResorts International, American Express and Royal Caribbean Cruise Line. He currently serves on the boards of directors of CMSEnergy/Consumers Energy, SpiritAirlines, TriNet, Popular Inc, Headspace Health e Outline.

Joining Soto on Vectra's board of directors is David Reilly, an experienced technology executive who spent ten years at Bank of America as CTO and as CIO of global banking and markets. Prior to joining Bank of America, Reilly spent 28 years in various technology and network security leadership roles at several large financial institutions, including Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs Group e Merrill Lynch & Co. He currently sits on the boards of directors of Ally Financial, Data Dynamics and the non-profit organization NPower.
