The acquisition enhances internal structural fabrication, engineering control and customization capabilities
Milan [April 15, 2026] – Vertiv (NYSE: VRT), a global leader in critical digital infrastructure, announces the acquisition of BMarko Structures LLC (“BMarko”), a US-based provider of custom-engineered prefabricated structures.
As AI data center deployments accelerate, the infrastructure segment is under constant pressure to deliver faster and at scale. The acquisition vertically integrates a critical specialization in structure fabrication into Vertiv's Infrastructure Solutions business in North America, with the goal of enhancing manufacturing capacity, rapidly expanding engineering and manufacturing capabilities and enhancing Vertiv's ability to deliver scalable, prefabricated and converged infrastructure with greater speed, control, customization and execution discipline.
BMarko has demonstrated its differentiated structural fabrication capabilities, engineering depth, and ability to support highly customized infrastructure requirements, during previous long-duration projects with Vertiv. Integrating these capabilities across the company is expected to strengthen execution, improve control of materials and processes, and enhance Vertiv's ability to support customers as infrastructure requirements continue to evolve.

Founded in 2014 and based in Williamston, South Carolina, BMarko specializes in high-quality custom construction, including steel and wood frames that are well suited to the requirements of AI Factories and data centers. BMarko recently expanded its engineering and manufacturing facility to over 52,000 square feet. The facility is located near the production facilities of Vertiv's infrastructure solutions in the region.
