The report highlights the excellent technical and marketing coordination between the regions, with particular attention to the channel
In a recent report, analyst firm 451 Research praised Vertiv for its transformation capabilities, stating that the company has “perfectly reorganized itself to adapt to the data center market that requires fast structures and low costs”, adding that Vertiv “is able to leverage its broad portfolio and international presence to gain greater market share in a challenging and rapidly expanding market”.
The report is one of the first comprehensive assessments carried out by an analysis of the company following his Vertiv sale to Platinum Equity which took place approximately three years ago and confirms the company's new operational agility and effective growth strategy, including the 2018 acquisitions and greater attention to the channel.
“Vertiv has restructured itself to become more functional and efficient through technical and marketing coordination across regions,” says Daniel Bizo, the report's author and principal analyst, data center services and infrastructure at 451 Research. “The new management team has proven to be able to strengthen the internal organization to significantly improve margins and harmonize with the reality of the market.”
The report also stresses the important innovations of the partner program by Vertiv, highlighting the channel partner benefits of optimizing Vertiv.
“It's gratifying to see the market recognize the commitment we put into serving our customers every day, but we still have many goals to achieve,” said Rob Johnson, CEO of Vertiv. "As also highlighted in the report, expected or unexpected new technologies may cause some disruption in our industry. Vertiv's goal is to leverage our increased efficiency to help customers take advantage of these situations and continue to grow their business."
