Vertiv (NYSE: VRT), fornitore globale di soluzioni per le infrastrutture critiche, comunica la nomina di Paolo Gattagrisa come Vice President Finance & Chief Financial Officer per Europa, Medio Oriente e Africa (EMEA). Riportando a David Fallon, Chief Financial Officer di Vertiv a livello globale e collaborando strettamente con Giordano Albertazzi, Presidente di Vertiv in EMEA, Gattagrisa avrà la responsabilità di definire le strategie finanziarie nella regione EMEA, per garantire un futuro di crescita e solidità aziendale.
Gattagrisa, professionista con una profonda esperienza in campo finanziario, proseguirà con gli impegni già avviati per trasformare e potenziare il team Finance in EMEA, favorendo l’ottimizzazione e la standardizzazione dei processi volti a incrementare l’efficienza e l’efficacia di uno staff di oltre 300 persone, distribuite in 20 paesi. Tra le attività chiave, oltre alla contabilità e redazione dei bilanci delle società in EMEA, sono previste la gestione e l’esecuzione dei processi legati agli aspetti finanziari del business, con focus ai temi di financial planning & analysis e al sistema di controllo interno, che porti nell’anno fiscale 2020 al raggiungimento della certificazione Sarbanes-Oxley, richiesta per tutte le società quotate al NYSE.
After working for large groups such as Nissan, Fiat and Wind in roles of increasing responsibility within the administrative and financial division, Gattagrisa joined Emerson (Vertiv's parent company until 2016) in 2002 as Group Credit Manager. Over the years he was first appointed financial manager of the Tognana production site, while in 2011, following the integration with Chloride, he held the role of Controller Manager. Thanks to his multifaceted experience, Gattagrisa also became Finance Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) during the implementation of the new Oracle RTC ERP and, more recently, supported the operations function as a Finance Business Partner at the EMEA level.
