The new Inspector simplifies counting, management and billing of ESET licenses for Managed Service Providers
Managed Service Provider (MSP) platform Liongard has announced the availability of the new Licensing Inspector for ESET, a global leader in the cybersecurity market.
Licensing Inspector Liongard for ESET can analyze the latest version of the ESET MSP Administrator portal, which contains information about licenses and their usage across all tenants (license holders) of an MSP. With detailed endpoint analytics, MSPs using Liongard can track administrators, individual license usage, status, and installation history, as well as receive expiration alerts. MSP account managers can view the overall summary of all their customers' ESET licenses without logging into multiple systems – it's all visible in Liongard's unified, user-friendly platform.
“Endpoint security is a priority for everyone right now, and the new partnership with ESET will help MSPs manage their customers' licensing information more effectively and proactively,” he said Casey Higgins, Director of Channel & Alliances di Liongard. “With the comprehensiveness of ESET and the convenience and efficiency of Liongard, MSPs can better serve end users.”
With all information converging in the Liongard platform, where MSPs already manage all other systems, teams can easily verify that the number of licenses matches the number of users or workstations, reducing potential threats. The Inspector also supports MSPs in checking ESET license counts to ensure billing is done correctly. By avoiding additional charges for unused licenses, MSPs can reevaluate the type of ESET license used to offer customers the most cost-effective solution.
“At ESET we are always looking for partnerships that can give our users what they want: the peace of mind of making the most of their technology without having to worry about possible interruptions,” he commented Miroslav Mikuš, Chief Sales Officer at ESET. “For this reason we are excited to work with Liongard.”
