Talent Software, a leading company in the development of solutions for the management of human and financial resources for medium and large companies, has announced the release of Talentia HCM 12.1, enriched with a set of functionality for training, virtual classroom and continuous feedback, aimed at increasing productivity and improving user experience.
Among the innovations introduced with the new release collaborative features are available to build the annual budget intended for training by collecting requests from managers or employees in self-service mode. The collection of requests, the programming of the sessions, the registration of people and the definition of the estimated and effective cost of the courses are automatically managed in a training plan. The entire process, from the collection of needs to execution and follow-up, can be monitored through dedicated dashboard.
Talentia HCM 12.1 is also equipped with a brand new dashboard to support the training managers and the HR function in the compulsory training management process. Starting from the notification of the renewals of expiring qualifications or the first to be achieved, the system automatically sends all the training requests necessary to meet the regulatory requirements. It also produces an estimate of the total cost and provides support elements to manage the follow -up, creating training sessions and registering people.
With the new release and the training module, the function that deals with human resources and training can use an integration ready for use with Microsoft Teams to program courses in Virtual Classroom mode, with the creation of appointments and the sending of invitations that will be synchronized with the office calendars of each member.
Another novelty introduced with Talentia HCM 12.1 is the Module of Continuous Feedback that allows you to give voice to employees to improve their motivation, anticipate the risks and create the most suitable initiatives through the request and sending feedback, polls and with the possibility of analyzing the contribution of each, the commitment and level of satisfaction.
HCM 12.1 has also been enriched with the new integrated reporting module that offers HR and Manager a series of additional options for reporting and data analysis. From the creation of reports with MS Word, including logos, graphic and formatting, to the possibility of using grilled analysis with pivot and graphic data. It also allows you to constantly have all the analyzes with the desired and selectable granularity at hand.
With version 12.1 it is also possible to strengthen the data security level by activating the authentication option to two factors for selected users or for the whole company.
