The manager, with consolidated experience in the technology sector, boasts in-depth legal knowledge in the development of innovative and fast-growing companies
SentinelOne, a provider of an automated cybersecurity platform, has named Keenan Conder new Chief Legal Officer & Corporate Secretary. Conder takes over from Efi Harari, Chief Legal Officer since June 2017, and most recently Chief of Staff.
With more than 25 years of experience rapidly developing public technology companies, he joins SentinelOne after serving as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Tableau Software. There, he led legal and regulatory affairs, starting with its 2013 IPO, generating strong growth and expansion internationally, including its acquisition, integration and ongoing development within Salesforce.com, Inc. For more than ten years, Conder managed legal and regulatory teams in the travel and technology industries, serving as Senior Vice President and General Counsel of Expedia, Inc. and Travelocity.com, Inc. From 2007 to 2012, before joining Tableau Software, Conder was Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of Isilon Systems.
“We are committed to protecting the world's leading companies from cyber attacks through automation, scale and speed, implemented with our XDR platform,” he said Tomer Weingarten, CEO at SentinelOne. “I am thrilled to welcome Keenan to the leadership team and partner with him as we continue to make the world a safer place.”
Conder will leverage his extensive management experience working with innovative and growing companies and boards to help SentinelOne grow further.
“I appreciate and recognize SentinelOne's commitment to offering a new model for cybersecurity, and I am honored to join the team,” said Conder. “Starting from the assumption that cybersecurity is linked to the problem of data management, I am ready to use my knowledge to support SentinelOne in its mission to guarantee business continuity thanks to automation”.
