Reorganization of the structure, Cloud orientation, new dedicated services, strategic partnerships and expansion of the company's workforce in the near future
Talentia Software, a leading company in the development of solutions for the management of human and financial resources for medium and large-sized companies, takes stock of the business trend and illustrates important innovations at an organizational level and in the solutions offered.
For Talentia, 2021 represented the year of major organizational changes dictated by the need to review priorities and standardize procedures, with a view to even more widespread expansion in new strategic countries and strengthening its presence in existing markets. From this vision the Group's HCM (Human Capital Management) business unit was born, coordinated by Marco Bossi who, in addition to the role of Managing Director Italy of Talentia Software, has assumed that of Group HCM Business Unit Leader.
The HCM Business Unit, like that for CPM (Corporate Performance Management), has first of all the objective of finding a single strategic methodology in the different countries in which the company is present, with an approach that focuses specifically on the target to which Talentia is aimed, i.e. those companies with sizes ranging from 500 to 10 thousand employees.
Furthermore, the Talentia research centers (present in Italy, France and Romania) are working on strengthening the functionality of the two solutions, and the new modules connected to them, to make them increasingly accessible to have an even simpler and more intuitive interface, with new reporting tools and the integration of Artificial Intelligence.
Companies are strongly appreciating this type of approach, so much so that for the current year a 26% increase in orders for on-premise and SaaS software licenses is estimated in Italy, compared to 2020. While for the HCM Business Unit a notable growth of +42% is expected at the end of 2021 compared to the Total Contract Value budget. The markets with the best results are confirmed to be Italy, France, Spain, Portugal and Latin America, but Talentia Software is already activating contacts in Switzerland, Germany and Benelux, in addition to having already launched the US market.
With 3600 customers all over the world, Talentia Software wants to make its structure increasingly international and focuses decisively on SaaS services in the cloud, to respond to strong market demand and to guarantee constantly updated software, speed of implementation, simple configuration and systems that integrate with the solutions already adopted.
Furthermore, Talentia Software, to provide 360-degree assistance to its customers, has implemented Business Services, a new dedicated service, designed and developed at EMEA level, which allows us to support the customer in all the needs arising from the use of the solutions in use. Business Services is based on three pillars: Governance, Technical and functional assistance and Evolutionary, and is offered on multiple levels, from the basic one to guaranteeing total leadership and mastery over the project.
To strengthen the offer and make it increasingly competitive, over the last year Talentia has also worked on building a network of high-profile skills, signing important strategic partnerships that enable business development and allow it to offer a quality service to the customer.
“2021 was a crucial year for the strategy to expand our partner network and 2022 will see the consolidation of this business model. – he comments Michele Serra, Business Partner Development Director of Talentia Software. – Innovative and easy-to-implement solutions, dedicated structure and certification paths represent a value for our commercial partners who want to offer specialized support to their customers.”
"We are working on several fronts to make our offer increasingly competitive and in line with market demands - says Marco Bossi, Group HCM Business Unit Leader and Managing Director Italy of Talentia Software. – The characteristic that distinguishes us is the continuous investment in competitive technologies and highly specialized professional figures to provide cutting-edge solutions for our customers. For 2022 we plan to expand the workforce by 10%, with a hiring plan in R&D, consultancy and marketing".
