ESET introduces a new range of products for Telcos and ISPs

by Grandangolo Communications / Tuesday, 31 May 2022 / Published in Eset

ESET NetProtect solutions are agile and easily integrate into telco and ISP network services to ensure secure access to the internet from any device and in any situation

ESET, a global European leader in the cybersecurity market, has announced a new suite of products for the telecommunications sector and Internet Service Providers (Telcos and ISPs), in order to ensure broad protection for customers. Cybercrime is a problem that knows no borders and the telemetry from ESET highlighted the increase in the volume of cyber attacks, especially towards smartphones. ESET has therefore adopted its leading technologies to develop industry-specific solutions to help combat these threats.

“Imagine Internet security accessible with a single click. At ESET, we always develop our products with our customers in mind, and with our ESET NetProtect offering, we have created an effective and easy-to-use solution not only for industry leaders in Telcos and ISPs, but also for customers who are the actual end users of our products,” he said Mária Trnková, VP of Consumer and IoT at ESET. "Our mission is to protect the progress that digital technology enables and our goal is to provide effective digital security that keeps consumers safe at all times and in all situations."

The new ESET NetProtect products

The new offer includes ESET NetProtect for Mobile ed ESET NetProtect for Mobile Advanced, which guarantee security through mobile networks, ed ESET NetProtect for Home Advanced, which allows you to make fixed network connections secure. These protect customer devices connected to Telco and ISP networks (fixed or mobile) from malicious web domains or groups of domains such as malware, phishing and potentially unwanted content. Thanks to ESET NetProtect Advanced (desktop or mobile), parents also have full control over web filters on devices used by children, through the Web Content Filter tool. The end user management portal allows you to administer ESET NetProtect settings of connected devices, manage domain whitelists and blacklists, and generate security reports. The latter provide users with an overview of how ESET protects their devices and summary information on detected threats, blocked web pages and more.

With easy integration into existing Telco and ISP network services and enablement processes, network-level solutions do not require software installation on end-user devices, as they are compatible with both Android and iOS. The solutions are provided via one-click activation of the service from the user's trusted Internet provider and automatically provide protection to any connected device. Security for the customer is ensured by an extensive local support network provided to customers and partners, as well as comprehensive protection that always stays one step ahead of online threats, thanks to ESET's priority access to an exclusive set of malware identified and grouped in a worldwide network of research and development centres.

ESET is owned by cybersecurity experts, developers of its award-winning security technology. With a presence in more than 200 countries around the world and 13 research and development centers, ESET offers more than 400,000 corporate customers the peace of mind knowing that their interests are protected at all times. ESET also helps protect the Google Play Store and enjoys the trust of millions of consumers around the world. Read more about the new offer for Telcos and ISPs or contact the ESET team here link.
