
Teppo Halonen has been appointed Vice President EMEA, while Christian Borst will play the role of Chief Technical Officer Emea. Both will work to develop security strategies and assist customers in digital transformation and cloud adoption projects
Vectra AI, Cybersecurity leader in the detection and resolution of computer threats for hybrid and multicloud companies, today announced two new appointments in its leadership Team Emea.
The announcement sees the appointment of Teppo Halonen a Vice President EMEA and of Christian Borst a Chief Technical Officer EMEA. Vectra's new leadership Team Emea will work closely with customers and partners to develop safety strategies and assist them in the safety of digital transformation and cloud adoption projects.

Before holding the new assignment, Teppo Halonen was Regional Director for Northern Europe of Vectra Ai, a position he had held since June 2020.

Christian Borst boasts a long experience in the field of cybersecurity and joins Vectra in the role of Chief Technical Officer for the Emea area; It will become the second CTO Emea of Vectra, alongside the current Emea Steve Cottell CTO. Previously Borst held the position of Senior Manager and Head of Cyber offense for the European managerial consultancy company Awk Group, after led the computer reitional strategy for the Richemont Group, owner of Cartier and other luxury brands. Borst is Senior Fellow of the Bocconi Business School Corporate Information Security Roundtable and will make use of his experience to promote strong relationships within the Cybersecurity community.
