With the expansion of functions, the manager will support Ivanti in product strategies by enabling and ensuring the Everywhere Workplace of companies globally
Ivanti Inc., provider of the Neurons automation platform that discovers, manages, protects and supports IT assets from the cloud to the edge, has named Srinivas Mukkamala as its new Chief Product Officer. The manager, who takes over from Nayaki Nayyar, will have the task of overseeing the company's strategies, vision and product roadmap.
Mukkamala has served as VP and General Manager of Security Solutions at Ivanti since the acquisition of RiskSense occurred in August 2021, and was instrumental in integrating RiskSense teams and portfolios into Ivanti globally. At RiskSense, of which he was CEO and Founder, he established himself as a forerunner in vulnerability management and risk-based prioritization, anticipating the evolution of patch management.

Mukkamala is a recognized authority in the field of artificial intelligence (AI) and neural networks, having spent over 20 years developing first-to-market solutions and using computational analytics to proactively defend against cyber attacks. In the past, Mukkamala was also Chief Strategy Officer and CTO of a think tank group that collaborated with the Department of Defense and United States Intelligence to develop Computational Analysis of Cyber Terrorism Against the U.S. (CACTUS), Support Vectors Intrusion Detection, Behavior Risk Analysis of Vicious Executables (BRAVE), and Strike Team Program. The manager also holds a patent on Intelligent Agents for distributed computer intrusion detection system and its application method.
