Praim, a global company that develops software solutions for the creation and management of advanced workstations and Thin Client hardware solutions, has further strengthened ThinMan Gateway, component of the ThinMan management console dedicated to those who need to manage remote offices or numerous branches spread across the territory. The solution now allows you to manage the distribution and updating of customized Windows images via physical or virtual devices.
With the adoption of ThinMan Gateway, the administrator has complete access to the management and remote assistance of the entire device network of the peripheral offices through a normal Internet connection, without the need to define a new VPN. The secure connection created between the ThinMan centralized management console and ThinMan Gateway guarantees operational continuity and maximum security, even on cloud infrastructures, enabling centralized management of all company PCs and Thin Clients. Gateway thus facilitates management, optimizes the operation and updating of the infrastructure, lightening the load on the central server, simplifying client configuration and update operations.
Furthermore, the solution allows you to manage controlled switch-ons of Thin Client devices (Wake on LAN) and provide assistance on all remote networks directly from the headquarters, making configuration operations across all branches even more efficient. In fact, thanks to the remote repository, ThinMan Gateway allows you to optimize the distribution of updates, drastically reducing WAN network traffic.

Thanks to this functionality it is possible to update remote devices more easily and efficiently, taking advantage of Praim updates, or renew personalized and updated master images to be distributed to workstations, wherever they are located.
