The Italian Public Cloud in the annual ranking of Italian companies with the highest growth rate, drawn up by Sole 24 Ore and Statista
Netalia, the independent Italian Public Cloud Service Provider, is among the 2024 growth leaders. The company has in fact positioned itself among the 500 Italian companies that achieved the greatest growth between 2019 and 2022, in the annual ranking created by the newspaper Il Sole 24 Ore and by Statista.
In addition to occupying a good position in the first half of the overall ranking, Netalia obtained 23rd place among the best companies in the IT and software sector. The Information and Communications Technologies (ICT) market is continually growing: according to a recent Assintel report, in Italy it will reach almost 39 billion euros by the end of 2023, with a quarter of companies intending to increase their spending budgets. The 2024 Growth Leaders ranking, now in its sixth edition, analyzes the companies potentially most relevant and capable of competing at a European level on the basis of increase in turnover. For Netalia the growth rate between 2019 and 2022 recorded a +47%.
A recognition that identifies, once again, Netalia as one of the most dynamic and growing Italian companies in the digital innovation sector. “We are proud of this recognition, which rewards the path undertaken by Netalia in recent years to build a highly competent, specialized team united by a passion for innovation and digital development made in Italy,” he stated Michele Zunino, CEO of Netalia.
"To date we guarantee national coverage, three data regions and we expect to close 2023 with an even higher growth rate than those recorded in the three-year period taken into consideration by the ranking. Since its foundation, Netalia has never stopped growing and convincing", continued Zunino. “We will continue to do so in 2024, to accompany companies and public administrations in digital transformation, thanks to an independent and secure Italian public cloud”.
The “Growth Leaders” ranking takes into account both private companies and publicly traded companies. To be included in the list, organizations must have accrued a turnover of at least 100,000 euros in 2019 and at least 1.5 million euros in 2022. The company must also be independent, have its registered office in Italy and boast organic and therefore internal growth in turnover over the three-year period. The calculation of the compound annual growth rate (CAGR) is based on turnover data communicated by companies and monitored by Statista.
