The birth of PinnacleOne was announced at OneCon, SentinelOne's first customer conference which recently took place in Boca Raton, Florida.

Led by Krebs and Stamos, PinnacleOne will operate as a strategic advisory team, as well as a contracted think tank, helping clients understand who is attacking them and what they are looking for, what their digital footprint is, how strong their security posture is, and what they need to meet their every security need. Additionally, PinnacleOne will be able to help executives navigate an evolving regulatory landscape and ensure security strategies that enable them to succeed in the context of advanced threats.

Chris Krebs, who will join SentinelOne as Chief Intelligence and Public Policy Officer e Presidente di PinnacleOne, was the first director of the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) of the United States Department of Homeland Security (DHS). In this role, Krebs led the U.S. civilian cyber defense agency, working alongside businesses and government agencies to protect them from ever-expanding cyber threats. Before joining DHS, Krebs was responsible for Microsoft's cybersecurity policies in the United States. Krebs is also co-chair of the Aspen Institute's U.S. Cybersecurity Working Group and a CBS News contributor.

Alex Stamos, who will fill the role of Chief Trust Officer of SentinelOne, is the founder and director of the Stanford Internet Observatory and was Chief Security Officer of Facebook and Chief Information Security Officer of Yahoo. He was a member of the Aspen Institute's Cyber Security Task Force, the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) Advisory Committee, the Bay Area CSO Council, and the Council on Foreign Relations. He also serves on the advisory board of the NATO Collective Cyber Security Center of Excellence in Estonia.

With the PinnacleOne project, SentinelOne took over the KSG company. The terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
