Arrow Electronics, a global technology provider, has expanded its distribution agreement with Broadcom through the Broadcom Accelerate Program, integrating a variety of new solutions into Arrow's product portfolio and adding new support, on-site consulting and value-added services.
The strategic initiative marks an evolution of the collaboration between the two companies, further consolidating the commitment to promoting innovation and results in the Broadcom ecosystem.
The deal includes a full range of Broadcom enterprise and mainframe software (from the former CA Technologies portfolio), as well as Carbon Black, for which Arrow will be the local go-to-market specialist for Broadcom. Arrow will then support the majority of Broadcom's software solutions, acquiring distribution rights for all but a small number of Broadcom's orders.
Under the new agreement, Arrow is responsible for defining business strategy and driving go-to-market initiatives across Europe for Broadcom's enterprise software, cybersecurity and mainframe systems in Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Finland, Germany, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom.
Value resellers, system integrators and service providers across Europe will be able to access Broadcom's broad portfolio of industry-leading enterprise software for mid-market and SMB customers exclusively through Arrow, including Automation, ValueOps, NetOps, API Security, Identity & Access Management, AIOps & Observability, Application Development and IT Service Management, Mainframe, as well as cybersecurity solutions from Symantec and Carbon Black.
Arrow's channel partners and customers will have access to these enterprise software, cybersecurity and mainframe solutions to drive successful digital transformations. Broadcom's Accelerate program allows Arrow to act as an extension of the Broadcom team, helping customers get the most out of their Broadcom software investments. Also included is a robust technical support network and improved customer service through operations, expert consultations, personalized assistance, training programs and value-added services.
