Vertiv Holdings Co (NYSE: VRT), a global provider of critical digital infrastructure, announced the completion of its previously disclosed acquisition of Great Lakes Data Racks & Cabinets (“Great Lakes”), a leading manufacturer of innovative data center racks and integrated infrastructure solutions. The operation, worth approximately $200 million, expands Vertiv's offering in terms of racks, cabinets and integration solutions for "white space" applications.
