SentinelOne (NYSE: S), a global leader in AI-powered cybersecurity, and Schwarz Digits, the IT and digital division of the Schwarz Group, have entered into a strategic partnership to provide an AI-powered Cybersecurity Sovereign platform to all European customers.
Designed to address the urgent need for data protection, operational resilience and regulatory compliance across Europe, the partnership will see SentinelOne deploy modern AI-based detection and response capabilities on Schwarz Digits' STACKIT sovereign cloud in Germany. As a result, European organizations and multinationals will be able to leverage the latest AI-powered security capabilities to protect critical infrastructure, meet stringent EU and German compliance requirements, and maintain full control over their data and security activities.
Promoting the new era of Cybersecurity Sovereign in Europe
The partnership combines SentinelOne's market-leading Singularity™ platform and STACKIT's GDPR-compliant sovereign infrastructure to deliver an unrivaled cybersecurity solution, designed in Europe for Europe. The initiative will enable customer data and telemetry to operate under German jurisdiction, in line with the highest security and regulatory standards, including ISO 27001 and C5 certification from the German Federal Office for Cyber Security (BSI).
Rolf Schumann, Co-CEO of Schwarz Digits said: "In Europe we must adopt and develop cutting-edge technologies without sacrificing our data, otherwise we will lose innovative strength and economic power. The partnership with SentinelOne is the perfect example of how it is possible to reconcile technological independence and data sovereignty".
Christian Müller, Co-CEO of Schwarz Digits said: "We provide the secure and compliant infrastructure on which SentinelOne can deploy its full cybersecurity suite. This synergy creates extraordinary value for the market and increases the digital resilience of the European economy and public sector."
AI-powered protection with uncompromising data sovereignty
SentinelOne's Singularity platform uses patented artificial intelligence and behavioral analytics to autonomously detect and respond to threats across endpoints, cloud workloads, identities and data, enabling security professionals to contain and resolve incidents in real-time. This unique feature has helped SentinelOne protect customers from ever-growing attack surfaces through leadership in modern endpoint protection (EDR, MDR and XDR), cloud security (CWPP, CNAPP, Exposure Management), data (AI SIEM, Hyperautomation, GenAI security) and identity (ITDR). Storyline™ technology provides in-depth context and visibility, accelerating investigations and response at machine speed.
Running natively on STACKIT's sovereign cloud infrastructure, SentinelOne will enable European customers to meet evolving compliance requirements, such as GDPR, NIS2 and DORA, without penalizing performance or visibility.
“European customers have long wanted security solutions that combine cutting-edge protection with complete data sovereignty,” emphasized Tomer Weingarten, CEO of SentinelOne. “Partnering with Schwarz Digits allows us to meet this demand, giving customers in the most regulated industries the security they need to embrace AI-powered cybersecurity without compromise.”
Integrated ecosystem for proactive risk management
The partnership complements Schwarz Digits' broad portfolio of cybersecurity solutions, including XM Cyber's Continuous Exposure Management platform. Together, these technologies offer a unified and proactive defense strategy, mapping attack paths, identifying critical risks and enabling automated problem resolution within a sovereign cloud environment.
The announcement comes ahead of EU policy plans, such as the Cloud and AI Development Act (CAIDA), which proposes to expand the EU's secure and sovereign cloud infrastructure for critical applications. SentinelOne and STACKIT are already realizing this vision, providing organizations with the tools to meet urgent regulatory requirements and defend against future threats within a fully sovereign environment.
The partnership also marks an important milestone in Europe's journey towards digital sovereignty and cyber resilience, providing public and private sector organizations with a trusted, scalable and sovereign platform to ensure security in the future.
