The new distribution partnership allows System Integrators to more efficiently offer already validated high-density AI solutions
Vertiv (NYSE: VRT), a global leader in critical digital infrastructure and Solution Advisor to the NVIDIA Partner Network program, announced a distribution agreement with PNY Technologies, a leading provider of NVIDIA-based solutions in Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Vertiv and PNY will collaborate to offer complete power and cooling solutions based on Vertiv's validated reference designs for the latest AI platforms, supporting system integrators and resellers in accelerating the adoption of AI across the EMEA region.
The rapid spread of AI is generating unprecedented demand for computing power, requiring high-density critical digital infrastructure to support it. This partnership simplifies the complex process of implementing AI infrastructure, providing System Integrators with a validated and simplified path. By joining forces, Vertiv and PNY make it easier for customers to acquire and deploy complete, validated solutions for their AI projects, reducing implementation risks and improving operational efficiency.
Under the agreement, channel partners will be able to obtain complete solutions from PNY that include Vertiv's high-density power and cooling technologies, designed to support the NVIDIA platform GB200 NVL72, for which Vertiv has developed a complete power and cooling design, and the platform GB300 NVL72, for which he created an energy-efficient reference architecture – available as SimReady Assets for use with NVIDIA Omniverse Digital Twin for AI Factory Blueprint. This approach offers a clear blueprint for implementing the infrastructure needed to support today's GPU-intensive workloads, ensuring optimal performance and reliability from day one.
