After serving as General Counsel of Acronis, Wong returns to the company to lead the teams dealing with development, legal aspects and strategic initiatives
Acronis, global leader in the protection informatica announces that Mark Wong has returned to the company as Chief Corporate & Business Development Officer. Mark will serve as General Counsel and lead several key functions critical to the company's strategic growth, including Legal Affairs & Governance, Government and Regulatory Relations, and Mergers & Acquisitions.

Mark previously served as General Counsel at Acronis from 2010 to 2017, where he helped establish the company's legal and governance foundations during a major period of international growth.
Most recently, Mark served for nearly nine years in a senior role at a leading backup and replication software company, serving as Senior Vice President Legal and a key member of the management team during a period of significant expansion. In this role, he led a global legal office supporting operations in 30 countries and helped coordinate several strategic acquisitions as the company expanded globally.
