New platform, powered by AI and protected by default, gives partners greater control, higher margins and faster time to market
Acronis, global leader in the protection informatica announced today the launch of Acronis Cyber Frame, a new hyperconverged infrastructure (HCI) and infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS) platform designed for service providers.
Designed specifically for Managed Service Providers (MSPs), cloud service providers (CSPs), hosting providers and telco operators, Acronis Cyber Frame allows partners to provision, protect, manage and automate the creation, delivery and monetization of infrastructure services according to individual needs, combining virtual machines, networks and storage with the cyber protection, management and automation features, natively integrated by Acronis. This approach helps improve business outcomes through more predictable pricing, higher resale margins, and greater traction with regional, sovereign cloud, and legacy virtualization replacement opportunities.
At a time of shifts in traditional virtualization solutions, increasing cost pressures from hyperscalers, and increased demand for regional and sovereign cloud solutions, Acronis Cyber Frame offers service providers a new path to regain control of their infrastructure and margin strategy.
“Service providers are rethinking their infrastructure strategies in response to major market changes and need infrastructure that adapts to their business,” said Gaidar Magdanurov, President of Acronis. “Acronis Cyber Frame brings together infrastructure, protection and management into a single, natively integrated platform, helping partners simplify complexity and achieve higher margins from their infrastructure services.”
Provide IaaS according to individual needs
Acronis Cyber Frame offers a flexible deployment model that allows partners to choose how to build and scale their infrastructure business:
- Acronis Cyber Frame Cloud: A fully managed option that enables rapid time to market with no upfront infrastructure investments
- Acronis Cyber Frame Local: A partner-hosted deployment model, which provides full control over infrastructure, economics, performance and data localization
This flexibility allows service providers to launch services quickly, expand strategically, and adapt to customer requirements for data sovereignty and compliance.
Protetta by default
Unlike traditional infrastructure platforms, which require separate tools for protection and management, Acronis Cyber Frame is protected by default. Every workload deployed on Cyber Frame includes built-in backup and disaster recovery, security and threat protection, as well as remote monitoring and management (RMM) capabilities. By natively integrating these capabilities, Acronis Cyber Frame reduces operational complexity, eliminates tool sprawl, and enables partners to deliver secure infrastructure services from day one.
Designed for service provider success
Acronis Cyber Frame was designed from the ground up for service providers, with features tailored to their business models. These include native multitenancy and tenant isolation, customer self-service and white-label deployment, seamless integration with Acronis Cyber Frame Cloud, and operational tools aligned with provider workflows. This approach allows partners to create differentiated services, streamline operations and deliver a more consistent and efficient customer experience.
"Acronis Cyber Frame represents a major leap forward in secure and resilient infrastructure. By combining virtual machines, networking, storage, cyber protection, disaster recovery and RMM into a single AI-powered platform, it offers customers enterprise-class cyber resilience with significantly less complexity," said Scott Harrison, Cybersecurity Solution Specialist at Gray Matter. “Rather than having to integrate multiple tools, organizations can operate from a single, natively integrated platform, designed for security, efficiency and scalability from day one. For our customers, this goes beyond simple infrastructure modernization – it's a smarter, more cost-effective operating model built for the future.”
Open foundations, better business results
Based on optimized OpenStack and KVM technologies and developed in collaboration with Virtuozzo, Acronis Cyber Frame avoids lock-in with proprietary hypervisors, while offering a modern and scalable infrastructure foundation. With more predictable pricing and greater cost control, Acronis Cyber Frame enables service providers to capture opportunities to replace legacy virtualized solutions, manage workload repatriation from hyperscalers, deliver regional and sovereign cloud services, and increase long-term margins and profitability.
Acronis Cyber Frame is now available globally.
