Vertiv accelerates channel strategy with a Partner Program designed to prepare the growth of reseller edge and digitization

Resellers in Europe, the Middle East and Africa will benefit from the new sales incentive program and a richer channel portfolio.

Vertiv, today announced the Vertiv Partner Program (VPP) consisting of three main initiatives: a new incentive plan, a revamped partner portal and a richer portfolio to demonstrate its commitment to growing resellers and distributors in Europe , Middle East and Africa (EMEA).

Il VPP fa parte di una più ampia strategia che Vertiv mette in atto per consentire alla sua crescente base di partner di soddisfare le richieste dei clienti in termini di edge computing, digitalizzazione e altre tendenze che stanno interessando il segmento del data center e il più ampio panorama IT. Nel corso dell’ultimo anno, Vertiv ha investito in una ricerca continua e approfondita per definire i quattro archetipi di edge computing principali e identificare i casi d’uso più consolidati per il 5G, che presenteranno quindi le opportunità commerciali più chiare e immediate per il proprio ecosistema di partner.

A key element of the VPP is the new EMEA Vertiv Incentive Program (VIP), which allows Authorized and Silver resellers to automatically earn bonus points and quickly monetize rewards. The incentives also include new discounts for Gold and Platinum resellers.

In addition, Vertiv has redesigned the partner portal, which allows resellers to register quickly and immediately unlock resources and benefits. Among the features of the new portal are online training and self-study courses, to help partners overcome the problem of skills shortages in the IT sector.

Oltre agli strumenti e agli incentivi per aiutare i reseller, Vertiv continua a sviluppare il proprio portfolio dedicato al canale. L’ultima novità è il gruppo di continuità Liebert® GXT5 (UPS), che integra le soluzioni di edge computing lanciate a novembre 2018.
