Talentia Software, a leading company in the development of solutions for the management of human and financial resources for medium and large companies, announces the appointment of Michele Serra as Business Partner Development Director, with the responsibility of developing the new ecosystem of partners that helps to accelerate Talentia's business throughout the country.
As already anticipated by the recent announcements of Talentia, the company is committed to triple the turnover of the 'Software as a Service' (SaaS) offer within the next three years, an important and ambitious growth, which puts the development of a network of partners solid and professional among the essential elements to win the new challenge.
Serra will then be responsible for local channel sales and implementation of go-to-market programs for partners. In particular, the manager will have the task of expanding the company's Partner Program, to help partners expand their business and increase their profitability, thanks to Talentia's software solutions. To this end, a fundamental role for the success of the partnership will be played by the ability to create a perfect match between the profile of the newly engaged partner and the corresponding service offered.
