Arrow Electronics, a global technology solutions provider, has been recognized by CONTEXT's ChannelWatch as the best value-added distributor in Europe in 2020.
CONTEXT ChannelWatch is one of the most important online surveys carried out on IT resellers at an international level which provides, every year, strategic information on the actions, opinions and projections of over 7,000 IT resellers. As part of the survey, resellers in each country choose the best distributors with whom they have collaborated and nominate them for the annual awards provided by CONTEXT's ChannelWatch.
This year, retailers also ranked distributors across a wide range of key service areas. As a result, CONTEXT announced seven ChannelWatch awards that reflect the reach of the service and the value that distributors are able to offer to the modern IT channel ecosystem, such as:
- Distributor of the year
- Best distributor for Customer Service
- Most innovative distributor
- Best distributor for logistics services
- Best distributor of consumer products
- Best Cloud Services Distributor
- Best value-added distributor
