ESET, a global leader in the cybersecurity market, has obtained AAA, the highest possible recognition, for the solution ESET Endpoint Security in SE Labs Q3 Enterprise Endpoint Protection Awards.
This is the second time ESET has been awarded a top score by SE Labs in 2020, after receiving the same rating in the first quarter.
SE Labs is an independently operated testing company that aims to improve information technology security by evaluating products and services designed to detect attacks and protect against intrusions. It tested nine endpoint security solutions between July and September 2020 to evaluate the products' effectiveness in detecting and protecting against threats in real time. ESET Endpoint Security received an overall accuracy score of 1,135, the second highest score of any security solution tested.
The ESET Endpoint Security solution, which combines robust antivirus software and network security systems to protect businesses, was exposed to a combination of targeted attacks, real public emails and web-based threats during the testing process. The results demonstrate that the solution is effective at blocking malicious URLs, managing exploits, and correctly classifying legitimate applications and websites.
ESET also achieved the highest recognition in the Report Q1 from SE Labs earlier this year, with the same AAA rating.
