The manager has a long experience in the ICT sector and will support the company in developing new relationships and business opportunities in the region
Ivanti Inc., the automation platform that detects, manages, protects and supports IT assets from the cloud to the edge, has appointed Roberto Pezzoni, new Channel Manager for the Mediterranean area. Pezzoni will be responsible for defining channel partner consolidation activities for the Mediterranean area, which includes the countries of Italy, Greece and Israel.
With many years of experience in creating business relationships to support channel activities, Pezzoni has held strategic roles in various companies in the ICT sector. Formerly Business Development Manager first at Magirus Italia SpA and then at Avnet Technologies Solutions, he held the role of Partner Account Manager at Red Hat. Since April 2020 he has worked at Splunk, a Californian software company for research, monitoring and analysis of big data, where he took on the role of Senior Partner Manager.
In his role at Ivanti, Pezzoni will be responsible for expanding existing partnerships, building new relationships, developing and implementing marketing activities and leading the channel. Pezzoni will work with distributors, system integrators, resellers and the sales team to develop new opportunities within a clear sales cycle, planning joint activities with partners.
