The partnership between the two companies responds to the different problems of the HR Department of medium-sized companies with a single flexible and high quality tool
Talentia Software, a leading company in the development of human and financial resources management solutions for medium and large-sized companies, e F2A, a company of the Ardian fund, known nationally in the outsourcing sector in the Human Resources and Administration, Finance and Control sectors, have signed an important partnership which will see them supported in supporting the HR departments of medium-sized Italian companies.
Thanks to the signed agreement, F2A, which has a strong specialization in the panorama of outsourcing of integrated services, payroll, personnel administration and accounting, will enrich its commercial offer with Talent HCM, an internationally recognized solution capable of supporting and monitoring all the most advanced personnel management activities.
This will allow the marketing of an all-round HR solution, capable of competing with all global players and intercepting the market's growing need to digitize HR management processes.
For its part, Talentia Software, thanks to the widespread presence of the F2A sales network throughout the territory, will acquire the opportunity to be presented and distributed to the large audience of medium-sized companies to which F2A historically addresses itself.
From a technological point of view, the two companies have implemented an integration that will allow the user to access the solutions proposed by the portal MyArea of F2A, from which it will be possible to access both the administration functions and the personnel management functions, guaranteeing a unique and rewarding user experience.
