HiSolution, an Italian competence center that works alongside companies to accelerate their ICT processes and optimize both economic values and performance, has supported Manpower Group, a leader in the sector of integrated solutions for matching job supply and demand and career development, in the process of renegotiating the contracts relating to mobile telephony for the entire Manpower Italia group.
Founded in the United States in 1948, Manpower Group today has a global network of 2,800 offices in 80 countries. It has been present in Italy since 1994 and operates throughout the entire territory in the human resources and recruiting field.
The collaboration between the two companies was born in March 2021 from Manpower's pressing need to finalize the terms of the mobile telephony tender announced for the following month, given the proximity of the expiration of the existing contracts. Having found a critical issue in the tender preparation times and having heard from common customers about the tender renegotiation services offered by HiSolution, Manpower wanted to delve deeper into the topic in an initial meeting.
Thanks to the prompt response and the solution proposed by the HiSolution consultants, the two companies immediately began to work in strong synergy on the project to define the requirements requested of the tender participants, already partly started by Manpower.
This was one of the first areas of application of the Babel platform, the result of the experience gained over many years of activity in the Telco & ICT sector by HiSolution. This platform, entirely designed and created internally, is based on a dedicated algorithm for evaluating offers with the aim of minimizing management times for tenders and invoices. Furthermore, through the service offered, the classic critical issues that occur once the suppliers have been chosen, in the delivery phase, i.e. when after the contract has been signed, we move on to the procurement of the services themselves, have been mitigated. Through the tools offered by Babel it was possible to guide the negotiation also in this second phase, guaranteeing that the services purchased by the customer were provided on time and on budget and with project management supervision structured by HiSolution.
