The company officially inaugurates Talentia Academy with activities and resources dedicated to training and certification on its solutions
Talentia Software, a leading company in the development of solutions for the management of human and financial resources for medium and large-sized companies, has announced the operation of Talentia Academy, a structure dedicated to training and certification paths for its network of partners at a corporate level.
Directed by Silverio Petruzzellis, a key figure at Talentia with recognized senior leadership - who accepted the challenge of reformulating his skills to serve the training of the company's partner network -, the Academy is structured into two macro areas: the part dedicated to pre-sales and that dedicated to consultancy, to facilitate the onboarding of partners on Talentia technology. Access to the Academy takes place via a dedicated portal and is divided into several levels.
Self-study courses are available on various topics, which can be used by the user independently and at any time; specific group workshops during which, with the help of demo environments and the support of a teacher, the member can practice implementing a solution or a specific use case; and exam sessions preparatory to acquiring certifications.
Added to these activities are important training moments in the form of webinars and a series of mini in-depth events, the Education Day, dedicated to the Talentia Community.
The Academy follows the line dictated by Talentia, which during 2021 remodeled itself through a division into business units with uniform management and strategy for the entire group. The courses are therefore delivered in English to allow the training of consultants in each country where there is a network of partners.
Talentia Academy will offer digital content, presented and optimized according to the most current instructional design practices to make the training experience of the partners who access it fluid and captivating.
