Ivanti confirms its strategy in enabling and protecting the Everywhere Workplace through the integration of three new modules in the Ivanti Neurons platform
Ivanti Inc., provider of the Neurons automation platform that detects, manages, protects and supports IT assets from the cloud to the edge, presents three new integrated solutions: Ivanti Neurons Patch for MEM (Microsoft Endpoint Manager), Ivanti Neurons for Risk-Based Vulnerability Management and functionality Digital Experience Score nell’Ivanti Neurons Workspace. Thanks to these releases, Ivanti continues its strategy of enabling and protecting the Everywhere Workplace by helping customers improve management, automation, and priority of cybersecurity, while also ensuring safe, contextualized and productive experiences for employees.
Ivanti designed the Neurons platform to help organizations cope with the exponential growth of edge devices, cyberattacks and the need to provide employee experiences that match the quality of consumers. The Ivanti Neurons solution today protects and repairs devices autonomously, providing personalized self-service experiences to users. In addition, to support customers to adapt quickly and safely to the new business model, the company updates the Neurons platform every quarter. In detail:
- Ivanti Neurons Patch per MEM (Microsoft Endpoint Manager): the solution enables customers to leverage Microsoft's modern management philosophy to protect data by extending existing implementations of the Intune service with third-party application update capabilities, without resorting to additional infrastructure. Ivanti Neurons Patch for MEM also provides IT teams with threat intelligence that allows them to prioritize and remediate vulnerabilities at greatest risk to their business. The update is also important in relation to the survey by Ivanti which revealed that 71% of IT and security teams believe patching is complex and time-consuming, while 53% say organizing and prioritizing critical vulnerabilities are the most time-consuming tasks. With Ivanti Neurons Patch for MEM, patch reliability insights allow users to evaluate application updates, testing them in a real-world context before deploying them to avoid erroneous updates.
- Ivanti Neurons for Risk-Based Vulnerability Management (RBVM): the solution allows enterprises to assess, prioritize and control their level of information risk so that they can better defend themselves against ransomware and sophisticated cyber threats. This is crucial as ransomware systems continue to grow in sophistication, aggression and volume. Ivanti's Spotlight Year End Report Ransomware revealed a 29% increase in CVEs associated with ransomware and a 26% increase in families of these attacks over the previous year. The Vulnerability Risk Rating (VRR), owner of Ivanti, quantifies any risks, allowing customers to take priority actions based on risk, while automation makes vulnerability management processes more effective and efficient. In addition, role-based access control (RBAC) and information accessible through predefined and customizable panels facilitate communication and collaboration between security managers.
- Il Digital Experience Score in Ivanti Neurons Workspace: IT companies must meet a large number of digital service demands that can positively impact productivity, talent acquisition and retention, security and operational flexibility. However, most vendors struggle to quantify and optimize employee experiences. To solve this problem, Ivanti designed and implemented the Digital Experience Score, providing a 360-degree view and real-time insights into employee devices, operating systems, networks and applications in the Everywhere Workplace. The solution effectively monitors and evaluates the impact on the total experience of workers per individual, employee, department and person, abandoning the ticket count as an evaluation parameter, as closing it alone does not correspond to measuring the level of service ( SLA). Instead, organizations need to be able to quantify how effective digital and IT (XLA) experiences are, constantly looking for new ways to improve them.
“I am excited to introduce these new solutions, which can greatly enhance our security stack and generate more complete digital experiences for both IT teams and employees,” he said. Nayaki Nayyar, President and Chief Product Officer at Ivanti. “These products feature advanced and highly innovative AI capabilities that address the major challenges facing organizations around the world. With these solutions, customers can empower their IT and security operations with contextual insights and intelligent automation, ensuring the best digital experiences and business outcomes. "
