Ivanti was recognized as a leader in IDC MarketScape 2022 for UEM software worldwide, for the second consecutive year

by Grandangolo Communications / Thursday, 23 June 2022 / Published in Ivanti

Ivanti was recognized for its excellent capabilities in managing, supporting and protecting a wide range of devices in the Everywhere Workplace

Ivanti Inc., provider of the Neurons automation platform that discovers, manages, protects and supports IT assets from the cloud to the edge, was named a Leader in the IDC MarketScape: Worldwide Unified Endpoint Management Software 2022 Vendor Assessment (IDC #US48325122, May 2022). The IDC MarketScape report examined 19 vendors that offer UEM software with device and application management features for PCs, laptops and mobile devices and that had UEM product revenue in excess of $5 million for the 2021 calendar year. Among the vendors evaluated, Ivanti is one of six companies included in the Leaders category.

“We are proud to have been named a leader for the second year in a row, especially as EMU has never been more critical for organisations,” he said Nayaki Nayyar, President and Chief Product Officer of Ivanti. "UEM is key to enabling hybrid and remote working, and we believe this is a testament to the fact that we have one of the most reliable UEM solutions available." The Ivanti Neurons for UEM platform enables IT teams to manage devices from Windows to macOS, iOS to Android and beyond, all the way to IoT, so employees can work securely in the Everywhere Workplace. We will also continue to add automation and self-healing capabilities to our platform to better help organizations to deliver contextual and personalized digital employee experiences.”

Ivanti Neurons for UEM enables IT administrators to collect in-depth device data in real time, automate software and operating system deployment, customize work environments, and proactively resolve end-user issues. Increase employee productivity, simplify device management and improve security posture by providing complete visibility into your entire enterprise assets, offering automation across a wide range of devices including Windows, Mac, ChromeOS, Linux, Unix, iOS, Android and IoT devices. Ivanti Neurons for UEM also integrates with the company's enterprise service management (ESM) and cybersecurity solutions, providing a single pane of glass that enables enterprises to self-heal and self-protect devices, as well as self-service end users in a proactive, predictable and autonomous manner.

The IDC MarketScape report states: "Ivanti is the only vendor to offer a portfolio of end-user support, security and technology capabilities among the industry's UEM solution providers. The synergies between ITSM and IT asset management enable Ivanti to provide better end-user digital experience management (DEX) service, calculated based on device satisfaction metrics, security and IT service management."
