Ivanti acquired Cherwell in March 2021 to expand the capabilities of the Ivanti Neurons platform, and to help solidify its leadership as one of the few vendors capable of providing end-to-end and asset management services, from IT to other industries and from every endpoint to the IoT edge. Through this integration, Ivanti is refining the platforms, introducing innovations that benefit both Ivanti and Cherwell customers.
