Today, the three distributors can act on the entire portfolio of company solutions, promoting a joint go-to-market strategy across the entire territory
Ivanti Inc., provider of the Neurons automation platform that discovers, manages, protects and supports IT assets from the cloud to the edge, confirms that it has consolidated partnerships with distributors Arrow Electronics, Computer Gross and Westocon-Comstor, who, starting from May 2022, can offer the entire range of the company's solutions in Italy.
Arrow Electronics, among the most recognized distributors in terms of safety, Computer Gross, historical point of reference for all vendors in the ICT sector and Westcon-Comstor, a technology provider and specialty distributor, will finally have access to Ivanti's entire portfolio, including solutions related to the acquisitions of MobileIron and Pulse Secure. The latter integrate perfectly into the four pillars of Ivanti Neurons, Discover, Manage, Secure and Service, offering its channel partners numerous growth opportunities across over 45,000 customers and 40 million devices.
Furthermore, the pandemic and last but not least the Russia-Ukraine conflict have further raised the criticality of the issue of cybersecurity which is having a strong impact on the dynamics of digital innovation, and Ivanti wants to have as partners the three most experienced distributors on the Italian market, each with their own values and territorial skills, to promote and support their solutions for businesses. Pervasive digitalisation, in addition to offering undeniable benefits, increases the dangers and risks associated with the loss or theft of data and, together with Arrow, Computer Gross and Westcon, Ivanti is able to ensure qualified resellers have the best skills, while at the same time expanding its presence in the Bel Paese.
“In the last two years the distribution strategy adopted in Italy was rather fragmented – he highlights Donato Paladino, Distributor Manager of Ivanti in Italy – also because Computer Gross could only act on Ivanti's offer, while Westcon distributed Pulse Secure and finally only Arrow could convey both MobileIron and Pulse solutions. All distributors received requests for the entire Ivanti portfolio but, for a certain period, they could not promptly manage every deal.“
The Ivanti Neurons platform enables companies to autonomously detect, remediate and protect every device, regardless of where an individual employee works. In a hybrid work environment, characterized by fragmented corporate security perimeters and numerous cyber threats, it is necessary to implement more effective and efficient network management and only Ivanti's complete and integrated solutions are able to automatically protect everything related to IT, so that employees can work better, everywhere.
"Allowing the three distributors to be able to distribute the entire range of our solutions adds an important piece to our distribution ecosystem - continues Paladino - confirming the fact that we will act on end users by supporting our partners first. It is also important to underline that the distributors have an important role as Training and Competence Center, all counting on companies with good technological expertise capable of forming a qualified channel and selecting advanced resellers who focus on security and who are interested in developing the business on companies of every size and segment of market".
From a training point of view, Ivanti has already completed multiple sessions for the technical and commercial certification of specialists from all three distributors, to ensure the skills necessary to develop demos and POCs (Proof of Concept) at client companies.
