
The new manager will coordinate the development and execution of HR strategies to support the vertiv mission to guarantee the connection of the critical digital infrastructures globally
VERTIV (NYSE: VRT), a global supplier of solutions for critical digital infrastructures and continuity solutions, has appointed Cheryl Lim as Chief Human Resources Officer (Chro). Lim will report directly to the CEO of Vertiv, Rob Johnson, and will coordinate the development and execution of human resources strategies to support the corporate business objectives.
Lim has gained over twenty years of experience in the management of human resources teams, in supporting the organizational transformation and in the definition of new company approaches based on the analysis of data for HR activities globally in the industrial sector. Before entering the top, Lim was engaged for more than 20 years in Honeywell, holding multiple managerial roles in the HR while, more recently, he was vice president of human resources in Itt Inc.
"Cheryl is an established manager with great experience in developing and implementing strategies and vision, capable of obtaining important results in the HR sector," said Rob Johnson. "His profound knowledge, supported by the proven experience in guiding teams, in the selection of new talents and managing changes in large companies globally, will help develop high performance culture that distinguishes us."
