The new headquarters offers customers and partners across East Africa insights into the most innovative technologies offered by Vertiv
Vertiv, (NYSE: VRT), a global provider of critical digital infrastructure solutions, announced the opening of a new office and state-of-the-art Customer Experience Center in Nairobi. The new headquarters was created to respond to the strong increase in demand for high-efficiency critical infrastructure in East African countries and contributes to supporting Vertiv's commitments in guaranteeing digital infrastructure solutions to customers in the area.
The Customer Experience Center experts provide high-level technology expertise and the product demonstration area will give users the opportunity to fully explore the wide range of Vertiv solutions available for critical infrastructure and applications ranging from the edge of the network to the cloud. Available products include Vertiv™ SmartCabinet™, a pre-configured, self-contained solution that offers efficiency, low costs, interoperability and monitoring; the'UPS Vertiv™ Liebert® EXS, an optimized and integrated three-phase continuous power solution with high-efficiency power protection; Vertiv™ Liebert® EXM2, the highly reliable and efficient UPS designed to deliver industry-leading performance and Vertiv™ Liebert® APM Plus, the versatile and modular UPS suitable for local and industrial applications, as well as thermal management systems and other IT management solutions. This new location will not only provide pre-sales, sales and product training, but will also feature comprehensive certification courses for Vertiv's network of authorized service partners.
In addition to the products physically available at the center, Vertiv will offer the experience of its large-scale modular data centers and power and cooling solutions through virtual reality technology. Customers will be able to use digital technology to embark on a unique virtual journey and test the capabilities of Vertiv's solutions.

The opening of Vertiv's Customer Experience Center in Kenya is part of the program to develop the company's presence in Africa to modernize infrastructure.
