Internet access for Somali citizens
Hormuud Telecom's strategy is to promote innovative and quality connectivity solutions in Somalia through the installation of a new open access cabling platform that offers greater opportunities for Internet access to Somali citizens. Due to the geographical and technical complexities that hindered the realization of the project, the Hormuud team found it necessary to collaborate with partners who had the right combination of technological know-how, experience and product range to start and complete the work.
Hormuud Telecom has thus selected Vertiv as its digital infrastructure partner, thanks to its extensive and consolidated experience already demonstrated in providing key technologies in Africa.
